Who we are

The Soul Solutions (JM1009481-X), trading as The Soul Gifts, of Koi Prima, Jalan Pinggiran Mas 1, Taman Mas Sepang, 47130 Puchong, Selangor. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and what we do with it, as required by Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

When you send our contact form or an enquiry, we collect what you type in: your name, company, phone number, email address, your message, and the products, colours and quantities you ask about.

We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, prepare quotations, and — if you order — to arrange artwork, delivery, invoices and after-sales support. We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Who sees it

Our own staff who handle your enquiry or order. When needed to fulfil an order, we share only what is necessary with delivery and printing partners. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries move from this website into our office system within minutes and are then deleted from the website. In our office system we keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you, and order and invoice records for as long as Malaysian tax and company law requires (currently seven years).

How we protect it

Our systems are protected by encrypted connections, individual staff sign-ins with two-step verification, access limited by role, and encrypted backups.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Please email us at thesoulgifts@gmail.com. We will reply within 21 days. Giving us your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply to your enquiry.

Cookies and your browser

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work (for example, to keep the forms secure). Your wishlist and compare lists are kept in your own browser and are not sent to us.

Language and changes

If there is any difference between this notice and a Malay version, the one you request from us will be provided. We may update this notice; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
